  • 2 cups baby carrots, quartered long-ways
  • 3 cups green beans, stem end cut off
  • 1 small white onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup rice seasoning
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper
  • canola oil
  • fresh chives

This Chow Mein Is Filling And Relatively Healthy. I Serve It With Lots Of Veggies And Chicken Or Fried Tofu.
