- 1/4 lb crab Meat (cooked)
- 2 Tb chives -- minced
- 1 Tb parsley -- chopped
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 Tb Nonfat mayonnaise
- 2 Tb nonfat yogurt
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 3 Tb parmesan cheese
- Optional: Mixins' finely chopped carrots, broccoli etc.
