- 2 large onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium to large head green cabbage,sliced into thin strips
- 2 cans(26 ounce) tomato soup
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 2 eggs
- 3 pounds ground beef(I use ground sirloin)
- salt and pepper
- optional- 1 or 2 cans diced or whole(broken into pieces) tomatoes with juice
