Ingredients
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cooked boneless, skiness chicken breasts, chopped
- 3 box packages frozen veggies (I used the Immune Health w/ broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers) - thawed
- 1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups white wine
- season w/ spices you like...I used basil and garlic powder
- 1 (12 oz) can skim evaporated milk
- 3 Tbsp. of cornstarch
- 1/2 cup cheese (I used an Italian mix)
- 1 cup Bisquick type baking mix
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1 egg
