Apricot Macaroni Salad Recipe


  • 8 ounce package macaroni
  • 20 ounce can pineapple chunks drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves


This Recipe Came From An Estate Sale. I Obtained It When I Purchased The Family Collection From The Boswell Estate In Arlington, Texas In 1984.
