- 1 cup whole milk mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup gorgonzola, crumbled

I Just Love The Flavor Combination Of Butternut Squash And Sage. This Is A Very Rich Pizza So I Like To Serve It With An Arugula Salad Simply Dressed In Olive Oil And Aged Balsamic.
