- 6 LARGE GRILLED chicken breast fillets OR 10 SMALL (CUT INTO BITE SIZE PIECES)
- 3 BOXES OF elbow macaroni
- 1 PURPLE OR yellow onion( DICED FINELY)
- 1 BUNCH green onions (CHOPPED)
- 1 YELLOW OR red bell pepper( FINELY DICED)
- 1 green bell pepper FINELY DICED
- 5-6 LARGE eggs (BOILED) EACH EGG NEEDS TO BE CUT INTO FOURTHS OR YOU CAN DICE THE EGG INTO SMALLER PIECES
- 2 CUPS OF SHREDDED cheese (YOUR CHOICE) WE USE VELEVETTA
- 2 tomatoes (CHOPPED)
- 2 CUPS celery (FINELY CHOPPED)
- 1 JAR OF HELLMAN'S OR KRAFT MAYONAISE
- seasoning (I USE NATURES seasoning, YOU CAN USE TONY'S, SLAP YA MAMA, ETC.. YOUR CHOICE)
- parsley
- black pepper (TO TASTE)
