- 2oo grams of sea cucumber
- 100 grams of shrimp
- 100 grams of squid
- 100 grams of broccoli
- 100 grams of mushrooms
- 50 grams of carrots
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 chilli pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- salt and white pepper
- pinch of sugar or hon dashi
- 1 cup of stock
- 1 teaspoon of corn starch mixed with 2 tbs of water
