• 1 chicken drumstick or Breast, deboned
• Marinade:
• - 1 tablespoon sugar
• - 1 tablespoon mirin
• - 1 tablespoon wine
• - 2 tablespoon soy sauce
• For pork Patties with Vegetables:
• 50g Minced pork
• 50g fish Paste
• 2 slice of onions, diced
• 2 Cai Xin leaves, chopped finely.
• EXTRA INGREDIENTS:
• Some lettuces
• 3 slice onions, saute
• 1 slice tomato (my son doesnt want it)
• mayonnaise or tomato sauce
