Ingredients

• Brown in 2 Tbs. olive oil
• ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
• 1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
• 1pkg. stick pepperoni, casing removed, diced (6oz.) I use sliced.
• Add and Saute:
• ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
• 2 cups button mushrooms, halved
• 1 cup red onion, diced
• 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
• 1/2 cup green bell pepper diced
• 1 Tbs. garlic, minced
• 1 tsp. italian seasoning
• 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
• salt and pepper to taste
• ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
• Stir in:
• 3 cans diced tomatoes in juice(14.5 oz. each)
• 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1/4 cup canned black olives, halved
