- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp apple pie spice or
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- fruit and Nut Mix
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup dark raisins
