• 1 1/2 c apple cider vinegar
• 1c brown sugar
• 4 tbsp butter (can sub bacon grease, but butter makes the S&S flavor cleaner)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper (White or Black)
• 1 small onion (chopped)
