Asparagus And Red Potato Salad Recipe


  • 3 cups asparagus cut into 2" pieces, steamed
  • about 15 small red skin potatoes, boiled
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese (more or less to taste)
  • Good Season's Garlic and herb freshly prepared dressing
  • dressing prepared with good olive oil and red wine vinegar
  • chopped fresh flat leaf parsley and chives
  • fresh ground pepper


When Asparagus Is In Season I Like To Try It Several Different Ways. This Was A Very Tasty Cold Salad.
