Ingredients
- 3 cups asparagus cut into 2" pieces, steamed
- about 15 small red skin potatoes, boiled
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1/3 cup blue cheese (more or less to taste)
- Good Season's Garlic and herb freshly prepared dressing
- dressing prepared with good olive oil and red wine vinegar
- chopped fresh flat leaf parsley and chives
- fresh ground pepper
Description
When Asparagus Is In Season I Like To Try It Several Different Ways. This Was A Very Tasty Cold Salad.
