- * 1/2 tsp of dry ginger
- * 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper (hot!)
- * 1 tsp of sesame oil
- * 3 tbs chopped spring onion
- * salt, black pepper
- * 2 dry bey leaves
- * 4 dry allspice fruits
