- 5 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups cooked whole wheat spaghetti
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
Description
We Have This Dish From Spring To Late October When Swiss Chard Is Growing Best And Will Be Fresh. It Is Really A Good Dish. I Have This With Texas Toast, A Dessert And Something To Drink. My Whole Family Loves This Dish.
