- 1 quart of rich chicken stock
- 2 cups of fresh orange juice
- 1 vidalia onion
- 1 cup of bourbon
- 2 bay leaves
- 6 cloves of garlic
- ¾ cup of the FINEST smokey flavoured BBâQ sauce (store bought)
- 3 tbls or honey
- 4 tbls. of butter
