Ingredients
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, baked and diced (OR chopped up turkey)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can oriental style vegetables, drained
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing (best if you use this!!)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 large can - chinese dry noodles (aka chow mein noodles)
- salted cashews ( optional)
- salt & pepper to taste
