• mozzarella cheese 1 lb.
• cream cheese 8 oz. softened
• pepperoni 12 oz. Cut into strips
• black olives 1 cup sliced
• garlic 1 Tblsp
• **Mancino's seasoning 1 Tblsp
• Italian bread Crumbs
• tortilla chips or toasted Italian bread
• ** Mancino's seasoning Mix : (salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes) equal parts of each (this is a great seasoning mix, I mix it up by 2 Tablespoons of each, and use until time to mix more!).
