- 100g chopped celery
- 1 large carrot, chopped or shredded
- 2 tbsp pickle relish
- 1 apple, sliced into small cubes
- 4 pieces pineapple rings, sliced
- 1 big jar of mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 4 tbsp raisins
- 1 cup all purpose cream or heavy cream
- 2 cups grated cheese
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
