- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 tbsp melted butter or margarine
- 1 cup bilberries

As I Had Cornmeal, Maple Syrup And Bilberries Handy I Decided To Combine Two Recipes. One Was For Just Plain Cornbread From Joy Of Cooking And The Other Was From A Vermont Maple Syrup Cookbook For A Maple Cornbread. Substitute Blueberries For The Bilber
