Ingredients
- 1 cups cabbage shredded or 1 large bag of shredded cabbage
- 4 medium cut into sticks... green, red or yellow apples.
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/2 walnuts halves or chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise or thick plain yogurt
- 1 TB fresh lemon juice (you can use less for a sweeter slaw)
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- *You can substitute dried cherries, apricots or even raisins for the cranberries.
