Ingredients
- Dry:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cup sugar ( may be part white and part brown sugar )
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Wet:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups chopped green tomato ( with the liquid ), use the food processor
- OR 2 cups chopped apples,
- OR
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- OR
- 2 cups finely chopped green lettuce ( non bitter kind )
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- OR
- 1 cup golden raisins
- OR
- 1/2 cup nuts and 1/2 cup raisins
- OR
- 1 cup chopped other dried fruits such as dried apricots, cranberries etc

I Had This Since The 7o's And Many Similarites Are Found On The Net. I Have Substituted Green Apple, Zucchini, Avocado And Lettuce In The Recipe. All Come Out Great So I Like To Call This Quickbread The Anything Green Bread!!!! Makes Two Loaves And A Gre
