- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon of hot pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 1-cup brown rice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- ¼ cup of red wine for deglazing pan
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 2 cups mushroom stock
