Cranberry Mousse With Chocolate Ganache Recipe

Ingredients

  • Ganache Recipe
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of semi sweet or 8 oz of your best dark chocolate bar
  • Mousse
  • 1, 12 oz bag of fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups of chilled heavy cream, whipped and mixed with 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon or orange zest
  • (Taste your berry mixture. If you want it sweeter, add 1/4 cup of sugar. The chocolate adds sweetness to the complete recipe so taste both together before adding extra sugar please!)
