Ingredients
- Ganache Recipe
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of semi sweet or 8 oz of your best dark chocolate bar
- Mousse
- 1, 12 oz bag of fresh cranberries
- 2 cups of chilled heavy cream, whipped and mixed with 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 tsp fresh lemon or orange zest
- (Taste your berry mixture. If you want it sweeter, add 1/4 cup of sugar. The chocolate adds sweetness to the complete recipe so taste both together before adding extra sugar please!)
