- 8 oz fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 C feta (or goat) cheese, crumbles
- 1/4 red onion (small), sliced thinly
- 1/2 C dried sweet cranberries
- 2 T almonds, toasted, sliced (optional)
- DRESSING:
- 1/2 C Balsamic vinaigrette dressing (bottled)
- 2 T orange juice (without pulp)
- 1 t orange zest

Great Spring Salad. Leave Off The Chicken When Serving Full Course Meal. Add Things Like Mushrooms. Boiled Egg, Mandarin Orange To Make A Full Meal Salad.
