Crab And Artichoke Heart Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ lbs Blue crab or (6 ounce) can crabmeat
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pre-baked 12-inch pizza crust
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 10 kalamata olives, pitted and halved (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon capers (optional)
  • 3 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 jar (6 ½ ounces) marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1/4 cup sliced sweet onion
  • 1 medium green pepper, sliced into rings
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
