- 1 tablespoon capers (optional)
- 3 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 jar (6 ½ ounces) marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 1/4 cup sliced sweet onion
- 1 medium green pepper, sliced into rings
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
