- cream cheese Filling:
- 1 package cream cheese (8oz.)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 container Cool Whip (8-oz)
- Topping:
- 2 envelops Knox gelatin
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- yellow food color, 2-3 drops
- 5 cups firm, ripe mangoes,chopped
