- 1 med onion thin sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 3 star anise fruits (I had to look it up as I didn't know what to call the little buggers)
- 1 Large green pepper
- 2 Med tomatoes skinned and seeded then coarsely chopped.
- 1/2 cup carrots cut into matchsticks
- 2 summer squash (about 2 cups) sliced in 1/2" pieces and then cut in half
