Ingredients
- 250g fresh ginger (approx)
- 6 limes juiced (Sometimes left out to accentuate the ginger)
- 100mL liquid glucose per 1L of drink
- 200mL sugar per 1L of drink
- vodka

- large jug (approx 5.0L)
- filtering equipment (not absolutely necessary, although it's impressive to not have any sediment)
- large fine strainer
- blender
Description
This Drink Is Prepared Similarly To My Non-alcohol Ginger Drink And Is Quite Like Green Ginger Wine. Some Say It's Like A Mead, But I Don't Know About Meads. This Is A Nice Warming Drink On Cold Days And Also Good For Mixing.
