Ingredients
- 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/3 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Description
This Is A Sweet Potato Dish That I Have Added And Subtracted Ingredients Until I Was Happy With It. I Know Of At Least 3 Bowls That Got Fed To What Ever Would Eat It In The Woods. This Is The Only Potato Salad I Have Served At Thanksgiving.
