- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 green bell pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 yellow onion, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 2 celery ribs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- (Pinch of red pepper flakes, optional)
- 1/4 cup teriyaki or soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tbs hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 cup cooked, diced chicken breast (you can use leftover rotisserie or grilled chicken, or boil chicken breasts in chicken broth and cut up)
- 1/4 cup (a handful) bean sprouts
