Ingredients
- ground beef(can use ground lamb)
- 1 tbs cumin
- 1 tbs season salt ( I used Emeril's essence powder)
- 1 tbs lemon pepper
- 1/2 cucumber sliced( i used Persian cucumbers)
- 6 cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 small red onion chopped ( soak in cold water for about 10 min.)
- fresh mint leaves diced
- Greek kalamata olives sliced
- 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
- 1tps olive oil
- feta cheese
- Greek yogurt ( I used Greek honey yogurt)
- pocket pita bread
