• 1 cup real mayonnaise - Dukes
• 1/3 cup Heinz 57
• 1/8 cup sweet pickle relish
• 1/8 cup Vlassic dill pickle relish
• 2 green onions, minced
• 1 hard boiled egg, chopped ** (I omit this for burgers, but use for salad dressing) **
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 2 tablespoons chives, minced
• 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, minced
• salt and pepper to taste
• Tabasco sauce - to taste
• MACDADDY BURGERS
• 2 LB ground sirloin
• 2 T Worcestershire
• 2 T minced garlic
• Dash Tobasco
• Dash Heinz 57
• 1 beaten egg
• panko bread crumbs to texture
• Pinch kosher salt
• Couple turns ground black pepper
• GARNISHES
• Good, thick cut dill pickles, romaine lettuce, Big red tomato slices
• Sliced Havarrti or Smoked Chedder, Thick-cut cooked bacon
• Sliced red onion
• Onion or kaiser rolls
