- 4 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- salt and pepper, to taste
- CHIPOTLE lime SAUCE
- 1 teaspoon shallot, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken base or bouillon granules
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon cold water
