Ingredients
- 1 lb hamberger
- 1 2oz can drained sliced mushrooms
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 c sharp cheddar cheese (or mozarella)
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/2 cup crushed soda or Ritz crackers
- 1/4 tsp oregano, crushed
- 1/2 garlic salt
- 2 Tbs parmeasan cheese, grated
- 1/3 cup of your favorite spagetti sauce,
- 1 pkg pepperoni slices, or diced pepperoni - if desired

One Of My Aunt Dawn's Creations. She Got The Recipe From Brook Lodge When She Worked There. She'd Play Around With This A Lot. It's Good, And Easy. Two Of My Favorite Things.
