Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) torn romaine or baby spinach
  • 1 jar (15 oz.) julienne beets, drained
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese or goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces, toasted
  • 1/3 cup red or green onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 or 1/3 slices bacon or cup bacon bits, cooked and crumbled,
  • 1/2 cup Italian vinaigrette salad dressing garlic croutons
