Ingredients
- Fresh vegetable of your preference ( I used cauliflower, peas, beans, potato, carrot, eggplant, cabbage, onion, tomato ) I wished I had capsicum!
- Cut the vegetables in to small size pc
- cilantro â chopped ¼ cup
- Green chilli â chopped( optional)
- Egg- 1 no ( separate the yolk and the white)
- ginger â grated 1 tsp
- white sauce
- For white sauce-
- flour ( refined) â 1 tbs
- butter â 2 tsp
- milk â 1 cup
- black pepper - a pinch
- salt â as per taste
