Ingredients
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds beef sirloin tips, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 3 tbsp brandy
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter, melted (I just use olive oil)
- 1 tbsp packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 1 medium sweet onion, sliced thinly and separated into rings
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (optional)
- 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese(optional)
- 2 tsp parsley, chopped finely(optional)
