• 1 lbs. Rigatoni or other medium pasta shape
• 15 oz. fresh bratwurst
• 1/2 cup beer
• 1-1/2 cups low-fat cheddar cheese
• 2 sweet red peppers, coarsely chopped
• 1 cup onions, coarsely chopped
• 4 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1/2 cup fresh basil
• 1 tbsp. olive oil

This Is One Of My Favorites. I Love Pasta. It Really Has A Flavor That Is All Of Its Own. The Basil Is The Real Winner. Its Fast And Cheap To Make. Just Remember The Beer Goes In The Pot. :)
