Ingredients

• 1 Box of Nabisco's chocolate wafer cookies
• 2 oz. bittersweet chocolate, melted --I used choc. chips, microwaved
• 1 box fresh raspberries
• 12 oz bag frozen raspberries (unsweetened) Pour into a mixing bowl and leave at room temp.
• 1 9 oz Cool Whip, thawed
• 1 quart vanilla soy ice cream (I scooped a cereal bowl at a time and let it stand at rm temp. )
• 3 Tablespoons raspberry jam as needed
• Dutch cocoa powder to sprinkle over the plated icebox cake slice.
