Ingredients
- 1 Box of Nabisco's chocolate wafer cookies
- 2 oz. bittersweet chocolate, melted --I used choc. chips, microwaved
- 1 box fresh raspberries
- 12 oz bag frozen raspberries (unsweetened) Pour into a mixing bowl and leave at room temp.
- 1 9 oz Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 quart vanilla soy ice cream (I scooped a cereal bowl at a time and let it stand at rm temp. )
- 3 Tablespoons raspberry jam as needed
- Dutch cocoa powder to sprinkle over the plated icebox cake slice.
