- 750 gr salmon (or tuna) filet cut in 3 cm cubes.
- 2 red bell peppers cut in cubes.
- 2 medium onions cut in 4 pcs.
- 16 cherry tomatoes cut in halves.
- 1/2 bunch parsley chopped.
- for the marinade:
- 2 tbs white vinegar.
- 1 tbs lemon juice.
- 1 tbs ginger shredded.
- 4 tbs olive oil.
- 1 tbs soya sauce.
- 1 tbs fish sauce.
- 2 tbs honey.
- 1 ts mustard.
- 1 hot chili without seeds chopped.
- white pepper to taste.
- wooden skewers ( min 30 soaked in water).
