- 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of Chinese / Japanese rice wine or white wine
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoon of sunflower oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- salt to season
