Ingredients

• Crust
• 1 ½-2 cups ground Oreo cookies (regular or chocolate filled)
• 5 Tablespoons melted unsalted butter
• ¼ Teaspoon vanilla extract
• Combine all ingredients and press into a glass pie plate (I use a deep dish)
• Filling
• 1 ½ sticks (3/4 cup) unsalted butter
• ¾ cup dark brown sugar (If you have only light brown sugar in your pantry it’s ok to use)
• 6 Tablespoons corn syrup (Light or dark)
• 3 Tablespoons heavy cream
• 3 cups pecan halves
• 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate melted or chopped fine (I use the microwave for melting)
