- 1/4 lb swiss cheese
- 1 T flour
- 2 T bacon drippings or vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 3 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2'' cubes
- 3 fresh ripe tomatoes, cut into eight sections
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
