  • 1 small avocado, cubed
  • 8 scallions chopped (no chives)

  • 3 oz balsamic vinegar
  • 1 oz Grapseed oil
  • splash of white wine
  • 8 oz goat cheese, cubed
  • 1 herb Flatbread, toasted on grill or in oven and cut into wedges
