- ï¡3 c flour*
- ï¡3 T baking powder
- ï¡1 t baking soda
- ï¡Pinch of salt
- ï¡1 1/2 c Splenda® (or regular, lightly packed brown sugar)
- ï¡2 granny smith apples (peeled, cored, diced or shredded)
- ï¡Â½ c whole, raw cashews (or any other nut you prefer)
- ï¡Â½ c whole, raw sunflower seeds
- ï¡1 c raisins
- ï¡Â½ c unsweetened cranberries
- ï¡2 eggs (or 3 egg whites)
- ï¡Â¼ c olive oil
- ï¡1¾ c 1% (or skim) milk
