Ingredients
- 12 oz. round or other lean steak.
- 1/2 tspn baking soda.
- 1 onion (original recipe calls for 2)
- 1 bunch asparagus
- peanut oil
- MARINADE:
- 2 tspn soy sauce
- 2 tspn corn starch
- 1 tblsp Chinese wine or dry sherry
- SAUCE:
- 1 tblsp soy sauce
- 1 tblsp oyster sauce
- 1 tblsp water
- 2 tspn corn starch
