- 1/4 cup of crushed nuts (a packaged mix of soy, linseed, sunflower, almonds.
- Muesli for 1 person:
- 3 Tablespoons of homemade muesli from above
- 2 chopped dates
- 1 chopped medium apple with skin on
- 3 whole pitted prunes - preservative free
- 1 tablespoon natural yogurt or your choice
- 1 sprig of chopped parsley
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup soy milk
