  • 2 chopped dates
  • 1 chopped medium apple with skin on
  • 3 whole pitted prunes - preservative free
  • 1 tablespoon natural yogurt or your choice
  • 1 sprig of chopped parsley
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
