Ingredients
- Two fillets of beef (whichever cut you prefer)
- 12 oz stout beer. Ideally an oatmeal stout that has a low bitterness level.
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbl. worcestershire sauce
- Enough thick cut bacon to wrap around the fillets
- 2 oz (or more to your taste) blue cheese (get the good stuff, it's worth it)
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs (any bread crumb will do in a pinch)
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 sweet onion
- 10 medium shrimp (uncooked)

This Dish Is A Special Occasion. The Bacon Wraps The Fillet While The Grease Is Used For Cooking The Shrimp And Beef. A Crust Of Bread Crumbs Mixed With Blue Cheese Sets Off All The Flavors.
