Lamb Lollipops With Balsamic And Fig Reduction Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb - lamb Lollipops (about 8 pieces)
  • Dryed herb Mixture – about 1/2 - 1 tsp of each
  • - rosemary
  • - sage
  • - oregano
  • - thyme
  • - parsley
  • - garlic powder
  • - salt & pepper
  • 2 tbs - olive oil
  • 3/4 c - balsamic vinegar
  • * this is an approximate, I didn’t measure just poured
  • 1/2 c - fig pulp
  • 2 tbs - honey
  • 1 lg - shallot, minced

Description

I Love Figs And Wanted To Try Something New, Plus I Have Been Experiments With Different Meats. My First Try At Lamb Not Too Bad If I Do Say So Myself. Definitely Not Something To Be Scared Of Anymore!
