- Dryed herb Mixture â about 1/2 - 1 tsp of each
- - rosemary
- - sage
- - oregano
- - thyme
- - parsley
- - garlic powder
- - salt & pepper
- 2 tbs - olive oil
- 3/4 c - balsamic vinegar

- 1/2 c - fig pulp
- 2 tbs - honey
- 1 lg - shallot, minced
Description
I Love Figs And Wanted To Try Something New, Plus I Have Been Experiments With Different Meats. My First Try At Lamb Not Too Bad If I Do Say So Myself. Definitely Not Something To Be Scared Of Anymore!
